Update on Shipments

We are experiencing high demands, as such please expect 1-3 business days delay for preparation. Due to COVID-19 surge and lockdowns in some areas, the delivery time of your parcel will be extended (no accurate estimates can be provided now). This includes orders with free and priority shipping. 

We would suggest using the Express ShippingService as it has the most consistent delivery at this moment.

Shipping times are improving. The current delivery target is 12-21 business days for free and priority shipping and 5-12 business days for express shipping service. Times may vary depending on the situation in your local area.

We're living in extraordinary times and we're learning more about COVID-19 every day. We want to make sure that we are doing all that we can to properly protect our team members and customers. Thanks to the amazing work and dedication of our fulfillment partner and logistic partners, we will continue fulfilling orders Monday through Friday.

Please note, due to insufficient manpower, flight reductions, enhanced epidemic prevention, and control measures all over the world, customers are experiencing longer shipping times than usual. This includes standard, priority shipments, and express shipments.

We will do our best to ship your order out in a timely manner; however, your order may experience delays en-route to its destination. We will keep close contact with logistics partners and do whatever it takes to make sure you receive your parcel ASAP.

Any return and exchange will be quarantined for 1 week after being received to protect the health of our staff.
